• Set-up is 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM on Saturday, October 10. Exhibitors may not be set up after the cut-off time.

• Exhibitor spaces must be staffed during event hours. Early breakdown is not permitted; breakdown begins at 5:00 PM.

• Displays must remain within the assigned booth space and be suitable for the event audience.

• No loudspeakers, amplifiers, or loud music are permitted.

• Tables are non-transferable and may be used only by the approved exhibitor listed on this application.

• Exhibitors are encouraged to promote the event through their websites, email lists, and social media networks.

• Exhibitor assumes responsibility for personal property, products, and guests associated with their exhibit.

• WMCC and event partners reserve the right to adjust event hours, location, layout, or exhibit suitability as needed.

Liability, Insurance, and Media Release

By signing below, the exhibitor agrees to hold harmless the Cape Fear Enterprise Business Week , the WMCC, and their affiliates, partners, organizers, employees, members, sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses related to participation in the event. Exhibitors are responsible for securing appropriate insurance for property, inventory, equipment, and operations. Exhibitor also grants permission for event organizers to use names, photos, video, and quotations from the event for promotional purposes in any medium.
